È nata prima la musica o prima il ballo? Questo non lo sapremo mai ma sappiamo che la Raffaele Kohler Swing Band è nata apposta per farvi ballare, sui marciapiedi, nelle piazze, nelle sale da ballo, nei teatri e anche a casa vostra. Il ritmo swing viene sostenuto dalla batteria di Stefano Grasso, i walking bass vengono disegnati dal bombardino di Luciano Macchia, gli accordi e il tocco manouche vengono dalle chitarre di Matteo D'Amico e Francesco Moglia, l'eleganza delle melodie e delle parole dalla voce di Gabriella De Mango, il tutto colorato dalle squillanti improvvisazioni della cornetta di Raffaele Kohler 

 

Music or Dancing? Which one came first? 

That's a matter still unsolved, but for sure Raffaele Kohler Swing Band is a band made for you to dance everywhere, in your town's squares, on sidewalks, in ballrooms, in theatres and why not? Even at home! 

Here comes our musicians: Stefano Grasso on his drums beats our swinging rhythm, Luciano Macchia on his bass tuba skillfully draws a solid walking bass;  the guitars of Matteo D'Amico and Francesco Moglia build up our harmony with a manouche touch. The elegant voice of Gabriella De Mango adds words and melody to our orchestra and finally....Raffele Kohler blows his magic cornet, improvising with a powerful and bright sound and leading the band with energy and a unique sense of humor. 

 

Qu'est-ce qui est née la premiére, la musique ou la danse? 

On ne saura jamais! Ce qui est certain est que Raffaele Kohler Swing Band est parfaite pour vuos faire danser partout: sur les trottoirs, dans la roue, dans les places, dans les salles de balle, au théâtre et même chez vous. 

Le rhythme est soutenu par le tambour de Stefano Grasso, les basses sont joués par Luciano Macchia avec son tuba, l'harmonie vient des guitares manouches de Francesco Moglia et Matteo D'Amico. La voix charmante de Gabriella De Mango ajoute mots et émotion à nostre ensemble et enfin... Raffaele Kohler avec son irrésistible humor,  conduit l'orchestre et improvise avec energie et creativité avec son cornet.
